Zahidi Dates - Nature's Sweet and Nutty Delight

Have you ever had pind khajur before? You're definitely missing out, then! Pind khajur, otherwise known as Zahid dates, are like standard almonds in that they are filled with protein, vitamins, and minerals, but unlike almonds, they are delicious! Pind khajur provides a sweet and nutty flavour in just one tiny bite, so you won't be able to stop eating them! If you have some spare time this weekend, why not make your own pind khajur?

What are Zahidi dates?

The Zahidi date is a type of date native to the Middle East. It is high in sugar content, up to 18% on average. This makes it very sweet, which is why it is called pind khajur, which means sweet fruit. The Zahidis also have a higher fat content than other types of dates because their skin has more natural oil than any other type of date.

The nutritional value of Zahidi dates

Zahidi dates are naturally high in carbohydrates, which provide energy to the body. They are also rich in fibre, which promotes good digestion. Zahidis have a low glycemic index of 18-25, making them ideal for diabetics. Zahidis are an excellent source of potassium and contain minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorous and sulfur.

The many health benefits of Zahidi dates

Zahidis are a perfect snack for people with diabetes as they are high in sugar and low in fat. They also contain no cholesterol, which is great for those who have high cholesterol or are at risk of developing it. One of the many benefits of Zahidis is that they are an excellent source of calcium, which can protect against osteoporosis. Zahidis also contain many vitamins, such as A, E, B6, and K, that promote healthy skin.

Zahidi Dates Taste

Zahidi dates are a delicious and nutritious snack. You can eat them as-is or add them to your favourite recipes for extra sweetness. They're available in five flavors: apple, almond, blueberry, cranberry, and cherry. They're also an excellent source of minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, and zinc, vitamins A and C, fibre, protein, and dietary fibre.

Packaging: One kilogram of Zahidi Dates comes in a light brown cardboard box wrapped in white plastic. The contents are very well packed, so they won't break or spill. You should store them at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Don't refrigerate or freeze Zahidi dates because you'll decrease their shelf life dramatically.
